It's taken me a while to ink up the gorgeous Sheltering Tree stamp set. There have been so many lovely cards made with this set and shared on blogs and Pinterest that I don't know if this is my own idea, someone else's, or a mixture of the two!
A z-fold card like this is really easy to make and is an easy step up from the usual fold-the-A5-card-in-half background. Blushing Bride and Crumb Cake are a subtle and gentle colour combination, and one that I haven't used in a while. I think I'll hide my Smoky Slate cardstock and go back to Crumb Cake as my go-to neutral for a while.
While it wasn't easy to manipulate the burlap ribbon, the gold button and the linen thread at the same time (I felt like I needed about 4 extra hands!), the struggle was worth it, don't you think?
